FONDANT POTATOES

slow cooked, butter basted russet potatoes, parmesan-mushroom stock & oyster mushrooms. Finished with fresh herbs and flaky salt.

CEVICHE

house cut halibut, aji peppers, lemon juice, lime juice & ginger aioli. Served with a house made sesame cracker.

Entrees  

SMOKED BEEF WELLINGTON

smoked beef tenderloin & mushroom duxelles covered in puff pastry, baked & finished with a mushroom Demi glaze. Served with brown sugar baked carrots & potato puree.

HERB CRUSTED HALIBUT

halibut baked with a panko herb crust, grilled asparagus, celeriac puree & finished with lemon juice.

Dessert   

RASPBERRY SOUFFLE

raspberry soufflé, chocolate crumble & chocolate gelato. Dusted with powdered sugar.
